My order did show up in the end, and thankfully nothing was missing, but the delivery took longer than I expected. The tracking also didn’t update much, so I wasn’t really sure where things were for a while. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, the delivery experience felt a bit less reliable. Not a terrible experience overall, but I do wish it was smoother...

I got this as a gift, and it was a bit disappointing. The sizing felt off, and the box arrived later than expected, which made the whole thing feel less thoughtful than I intended. It’s not the worst, but it definitely made me a little less confident about ordering something like this again

I do like that Underclub has a better size range than a lot of other sites, which makes shopping way less frustrating. The fit was mostly right for me and the pieces were comfortable. Just a heads up though: if you see a style you like, don’t wait too long because some sizes seem to go out of stock fast.

The personalization just didn’t work for me. I was expecting picks that felt at least somewhat like my style, but NOTHING really matched what I’d choose.

I ordered from underclub.com the shipping experience was solid. My package showed up within a few days, which was faster than I was expecting. The only small thing was that the first tracking update took a bit to appear, so at first I wasn’t totally sure where things stood. But once it updated, everything moved quickly and the tracking worked fine. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and would give it 4 stars

Trying to cancel was way more annoying than it needed to be. It took too long, and the whole thing just felt like this drawn-out process for no real reason.

I liked the items, but I had to exchange one for a different size. The return process did work, but it felt like it only works when it wants to. I thought this was going to be soft and cozy, but nope, the fabric feels scratchy. I put it on and immediately felt betrayed, like how is this even the same item I thought I ordered? Maybe I’m being dramatic, but I was expecting comfort and got mild sandpaper vibes instead.

I ordered my usual size, which has worked for me before, but this time the fit was all over the place. One piece was weirdly tight and another was kind of loose, so apparently consistency is not the strong suit here. The items are nice enough when they fit, which almost makes the sizing issue more annoying...

I only had one small question, but support replied quickly and actually gave me a clear answer. No back-and-forth or runaround, they just helped me get it sorted. Based on that experience, I’d say their customer service seems solid.

I’d say these are okay for everyday wear. They’re kinda comfy, but not as soft as I was hoping they’d be. The fit is fine at first, though they did feel a little tight after a few hours. Overall, not bad, just kinda average for me.

I found a good mix of brands I already like, which was a relief because I hate wasting time shopping around and missing out on stuff I know works for me. Checkout was smooth and easy, so overall it was a good experience.

I actually really liked the look of underclub.com. The design feels clean and simple, who wants to click around a site that feels crowded or confusing? It was easy to browse without feeling lost.

A couple of pages loaded a little slower than I expected, and I do wish some of the product photos were bigger. But overall, the site has a nice, straightforward feel to it. What more can you ask for from a shopping site? 4 stars...

I had an issue with my order, it was more frustrating than I expected. I emailed support and they did respond, but it felt slow, and I had to follow up a couple of times. Maybe I’m being impatient, but I feel like if something goes wrong with an order, you shouldn’t have to keep chasing for updates, right?
To be fair, they did fix the problem in the end, so I do appreciate that. It just took longer than it should have and the whole process didn’t feel very smooth. I’m not sure I’d order again, unless this was just a one-off experience.

The box showed up neat, honestly. No dents or anything weird, so... yeah, no complaints there.
